SECRETS 

Random Select:  Hold Up and press Start on the character select screen.  It must be done on Noob Saibot for player 1 and Rain for player 2.

Stage Select:  Highlight Sonya and press Up and Start.  After all characters are selected you will be asked which stage you'd like to fight in.

Extra Endurence:  On the character select screen highlight Kano and Press Down and Start in a 1 player game.  You will hear a noise to confirm the code.  Now there should be a lot more endurance matches on each tower.  After you win the endurance rounds, you can choose from any one of Shao Kahns' treasures.

Freeplay: During the Attract Mode, Press Down, Down, Up, Up, Right, Right, Left, Left.  Now you have unlimited continues.

Fight As Human Smoke:  Select Robo-Smoke and before the round begins, Press and Hold Back+Bl+HP+HK+RUN until Shao Kahn says "fight!"

Fight As Motaro:  Select any character. At Jade's Desert, The Wasteland, or Kahn's Tower, Press and Hold Back+LK+HK before the round begins.

Fight As Shao Kahn:  Select any character. At The Rooftop, The Pit 3, or Kahn's Kave, Press an Hold Down+HP+LP before the round begins.

Fight As Khameleon:  Enter the code for the Secret Options Menu 2 and activate Khameleon.  Or, pick any female ninja, and Press and Hold Back, HP+HK+BL+RUN.

Fight Khameleon:  At the Star Bridge, Press Down and Start when Dan Forden becomes visible and says "Toasty!"

Secret Options Menu 1:  In Attract Mode, Press RUN, HP, LP.  If this is done correctly you will he Shao Kahn say "Outstanding!" A blue question mark (?) wiil appear under "Options". This new cheat includes these options:

Level Select: ON/OFF
Throwing: ENABLED/DISABLED
Unlimited Run: ENABLED/DISABLED
Bloody Kombat: ON/OFF
Smoke: ON/OFF
Khameleon: ON/OFF

Secret Options Menu 2:  In Attract Mode, Press HK, LK, RUN, LP, HP, HP, HP, LP, LP.  If this is done correctly you will hear someone say "Oh Wah!"  This code will activate both the red question mark (?), and the blue question mark (?). These new cheats include the cheats in the secret options menu 1 and these options:

Freeplay: ON/OFF
Fatality Time: ON/OFF
Collision Boxes: ON/OFF
1 Round Matches: ON/OFF

Shao Kahn's Treasures:   After you beat Shao Kahn, you are presented with a screen with this message: "You have discovered the lost treasures of Shao Kahn.  Choose your reward wisely".  Above the message are 2 rows of 12 Kombat Icons.  Depending on what skill level you beat the game on, you get to pick from a few of them.  The higher the skill level, the more you get to choose from.  To choose the 24th box, you must beat the game by going through the Champion Tower with the Extra Endurance Cheat turned on.

Play Pong:  Win 50 MK battles in a row in 2 player mode.

Play Galaga:  Win 100 MK battles in a row in 2 player mode.

Play Space Invaders:  At the Pit 1 Stage while playing in 2 player mode, fight until you see Santa Claus fly across the moon.  When you see him, hit the Z-button.  Now the winner of the battle will play Space Invaders.

Agua:  Hold Down after the Deadpool Pit Fatality to hear someone say "Agua".

Slide Off The Spikes:  Press and Hold Down or Up right when the opponent is knocked into the nails in the Kombat Tomb Pit Fatality.

Exploding Babality:  To make the baby explode, before a Babality is performed, the player that lost has to Press and Hold HP+LP+HK+LK.

Reverse Babality:  Right when you perform the Babality, Press RUN or HP or LP or HK or LK.  The Babality will now be a Fatality!
